Celebrating 50 Years of Service to the Frisco Community!
For 50 years, Post 8273's Relief Fund has been providing aid, assistance and relief to local veterans and their families during times of need.
The Frisco VFW prides itself on offering a wide range of assistance programs aimed at helping veterans of every generation in and around Frisco, Texas. Whether that means providing free, professional help filing or appealing a VA claim, offering scholarships for post-secondary education or providing emergency financial relief when times get tough, the VFW is there for America's veterans.
Helping America's service members, veterans and their families in the immediate geographical area has, and always will be Post 8273's top priority.
The Frisco VFW Post is rallying behind its local Coasties and asks that the community do the same. As the Government Shutdown continues, our Coast Guard hereos are still protecting our nation without pay. Many are struggling to pay bills, buy food, and put gas in their cars.
VFW Post 8273 stands ready to do their part!
The Cucovatz's moved to the City of Frisco so their two boys and special needs daughter could attend Frisco ISD. David Cucovatz is an Active Duty Coast-guardsman currently serving in Bahrain. Never did this humble family imagine their livelihood would be in jeopardy. Kendra singlehandedly takes care of the kids while David, an E6 Boatswains Mate 1st Class, serves 8,000 miles away with no pay to support his family.
You can support local veterans and their families in need such as the Cucovatz Family by making a tax-deductible contribution to the Post Relief Fund today!
Your support and contributions will enable us to continue to help local Veterans in need. Your generous donation will fund the mission.
